Welcome to Scottie Posts.

 Scottie Posts is a family company founded by Todd and Marita Verhei. Todd retired as an Armored Car employee and then started a new career as a transit driver. Marita is a special education school teacher. Married for 38 years with three adult children Todd and Marita were happily spending their children's inheritance when their oldest son Bryan asked for help. 

Bryan was home visiting when the topic of real estate signs started. Bryan was having trouble getting reliable signage for his listings. Having built furniture for our home, Bryan asked if I could make him some sign posts for his reality group. I agreed and built the first posts for Bryan's group. The posts worked well but needed refining so after some testing and redesign a sturdy real estate post was produced for Tri-Town home group.

After starting to use these posts other agents were asking about posts for their use and Scottie Posts was created.

We started with two posts and a commitment to customer service. I was building posts at three in the morning and my wife Marita was painting them while I was at work. We would begin installing them in the afternoon. It was a hectic time, but we are a husband and wife team and we are having fun.

Now several years later we have an inventory of almost 200 posts with the same commitment to service.  We would love to have you as part of our Scottie Posts family.
